“Pleasantly surprised to see a new Starbucks has opened in Gravenhurst. The location is nicely built, on the main drag (Bethune Drive) in the Giant Tiger plaza. The have a large drive through which was well-attended today. We ordered a “Grande Iced Coffee with Vanilla Sweet Cream cold foam”, which they mistakenly made into a.Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew, and a “Grande Half Sweet Caramel Macchiato”, which was perfect. The drive through wait was longer than normal, but the customer service was exemplary. They were apologetic, and polite. The parking lot exit is quite tricky due to reduced visibility caused by an overgrown tree to the left, and a hump on the road to the right. BE CAREFUL! 4/5 because although the Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew is not what I ordered, it was good, and the Caramel Macchiato was a perfect temperature and level of sweetness. Due to “incorrect drink being made” and “staffing shortages”, the star reduction was indicated. The reduced visibility exit is not their fault.”

“Had a wonderful breakfast at this super cute tea shop! You can tell there is love and attention to detail in every corner from the matching blue decor to the delicious homemade food. A perfect spot for a quiet lunch with friends, or a place to bring a book and enjoy some amazing tea (they have quite a variety, honestly it was hard to pick). Wonderful staff as well, so friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!”

“Ordered on mobile app. Put in table number. 20 minutes later went to counter and was told by a manager that I needed a thing from the counter to get table service. The app asks for the table number which is on the table. The management here needs to get this fixed. Got my food thanks to a very helpful and quick crew member. The manager that told me I needed this extra piece of hardware just walked away and left me standing. As I said already. Management needs to get it's act together.”

“Timmys is my all time favourite. Doesn't matter where I am. I always visit Tim Horton for their coffee and bagel which is everything. Never had a complaint with Tim Horton and their coffee specially. Service is really fast if you'll visit any Tim Hortons. Please remember you'll get a long queue. But their staff is trained and professional they'll serve is as soon as possible, Must try their coffee and bagel you'll love it :D”
