I needed ‘everything’ for my first horse and found many very reasonably priced and good quality things in consignment. “Pleasantly surprised to see a new Starbucks has opened in Gravenhurst. The location is nicely built, on the main drag (Bethune Drive) in the Giant Tiger plaza. The have a large drive through which was well-attended today. We ordered a “Grande Iced Coffee with Vanilla Sweet Cream cold foam”, which they mistakenly made into a.Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew, and a “Grande Half Sweet Caramel Macchiato”, which was perfect. The drive through wait was longer than normal, but the customer service was exemplary. They were apologetic, and polite. The parking lot exit is quite tricky due to reduced visibility caused by an overgrown tree to the left, and a hump on the road to the right. BE CAREFUL! 4/5 because although the Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew is not what I ordered, it was good, and the Caramel Macchiato was a perfect temperature and level of sweetness. Due to “incorrect drink being made” and “staffing shortages”, the star reduction was indicated. The reduced visibility exit is not their fault.”

“I purchased a bird feeder only to discover that I had an Olympian squirrel that could jump like it was on a springboard. Adam has been involved in bird feeders so long he has a Doctorate in all animals that attempt to defy his construction. Adam was extremely helpful and completed a couple of modifications after asking me very pointed questions to outsmart this Olympian squirrel. He is more concerned about customer satisfaction than anyone I've ever experienced. Ultimately Adam outsmarted this Olympian squirrel and brought satisfaction to both myself and him as well. He can tell you exactly what settings to attract whatever birds you like, what food types to use and is extremely helpful. I am totally impressed with his product, animal knowledge and most certainly him going above and beyond to ensure a happy customer. I thoroughly recommend his products as well as his service if need be. This feeder will last a lifetime, won't rust and provides hours of entertainment.”

“Took my mother shopping here, did not realize the store closed at five. We arrived at 4:55 and were welcomed by Lori. She said to come on in and take our time. The service was exceptional as she helped my mother pick out outfits, not bothered at all by staying past her shift. We didn’t leave until six with two full bags of our treasures. It’s not very often you’re greeted with such friendly service and willingness to help. Kudos Tara’s Apparel! You have amazing staff! My new fav.”
