We were there just before that, we’ve been told that the survey only takes half hours to 45 minutes, with the recovery time give and take 4 hours the nurse said. “I came to write a review about Dr. Sitwell as I noticed his rating was quite low when I searched up his office number to give him a call - and from my experience, I'm not entirely sure the low rating is warranted. I've been seeing him for many years now for a few different issues, and always found him so accommodating. I have never once felt rushed, nor did I find any issue with his bedside manner. He has a unique sense of humour that I appreciate; it makes my visits with him feel easy going and void of stress. If you are looking for someone overly compassionate, then maybe Dr. Sitwell isn't for you - however, you'll be missing out on an extremely knowledgeable and straightforward doctor. Also, his new receptionist seems very friendly and competent.”

“They do fabulous work, care about their clients! They also helped me get paid jobs and offered references. My favourite workers were Cindy the Recreational Therapist, Crystal the Occupational Therapist and Dr. Conrad the Psychologist (but unfortunately she doesn’t work there anymore). They truly care. It probably isn’t on during lockdown, but their TGIF Fridays were the best form of therapy! I hope they can still hold those in the future!”
