“the line up actually wasn't bad...the staff are understanding and apologetic about it...it's just that you have to go with an expectation to line up and start lining up once you get there. By the time you finish shopping the other stores, it'll be time to shop here. In terms of the selection, if you wear the most common sizes: 4-6...you probably won't find a whole lot here. Most of the styles they have for the tops are the more avant-garde and colourful ones...personally not my style. They did have a wide selection of pants at discounted prices though, with a limit of 10 per customer per day. As an example of the discount, I think the Invigorate pants sold for around $59. Again, most of the sizes available were either 0-2, or 10+. If you fit into either of those categories, then it's probably worth the trek and line up to come here :-) Otherwise, I think I would just browse the other locations for discounts. (This review is based on my experience in the female section. Cannot speak for the male section of the store)”

“This review is long overdue. I'm not huge into writing reviews for anything online, but after the level of service I have received, I feel like its the right thing to do. I've taken my time and have read the reviews towards this store before writing mine. I can't account for anyone else's reviewers but I can speaking candidly about mine. Since I have been shopping at Perfumes4U I have had a lot of amazing and positive experiences. First things first the manager Amanda has been amazing. She listens to my questions about colognes, and she is even helping me to find discontinued and hidden gems of some cologne bottles that I have been on the hunt for. For me she has been generous, kind, and attentive. The store is always clean and most of her other staff is kind and courteous. For me she goes above and beyond with her level of service, so in writing my review, this is my way of letting her know I'm appreciative for all that she's done. I mostly by my bottles online recently, but because of my positive experiences at the store, I tend to come in once or twice a month and make some purchases. Like I said I can't speak for anyone else, but she does a lot. She manages a bunch of other stores and has a lot of responsibility, with saying this my point is it becomes harder to please everybody. Give her time, she seriously grows on you. Keep up all of the great work over there. :)”

“when there is discount, you could get the stuff you really like. In tommy, men’s underwear is too good and you get for a reasonable price. If you are fan of blue red white, then this is a perfect choice. Apart from this, the gym bags are good and even women bags are worth it. To mention, During Black Friday sales, the T-shirt’s for women is perfect for a reasonable price. International students could hop in and give it a try. There is nothing much to buy here.”

“I took my daughter to Zumiez to get a thrasher sweatshirt and we live 1.5 hours away. On the way home we realized that the security tag was not removed. We only head to Ottawa 3 times per year. When I called and told them , Hudson, the manager offered to drive out to Perth to meet me to exchange for one without the security tag on it. Needless to say I was quite shocked she would be willing to do this. My daughter and I were relieved and delighted. This is customer service at its best!!!! Yay Hudson!!! Thank you so much!! My daughter was so happy and relieved. As was I. 5 stars for sure!!!”

I ran in looking for a cheap dress shirt for a meeting and they quickly showed me where the clearance rack was as well as other choices, explained the offers and sales and I ended up buying a sports coat in addition to the shirt, which they steamed for me in the back.
