“I took my daughter to Zumiez to get a thrasher sweatshirt and we live 1.5 hours away. On the way home we realized that the security tag was not removed. We only head to Ottawa 3 times per year. When I called and told them , Hudson, the manager offered to drive out to Perth to meet me to exchange for one without the security tag on it. Needless to say I was quite shocked she would be willing to do this. My daughter and I were relieved and delighted. This is customer service at its best!!!! Yay Hudson!!! Thank you so much!! My daughter was so happy and relieved. As was I. 5 stars for sure!!!”

“Good stock of end of season footwear unfortunately sizing was a problem! Apparently shoes now come in full and half sizing all in the same shoe - didn't know that the same shoe now fits two people and if that doesn't work then you go up another 1 and 1 1/2 in size. Shoe clerk was very attentive and pleasant.”
