“Moved in a year ago, and the staff is amazing. The hallways and floors are always clean, if something breaks they fix it with 24 to 48 hours. They deal with issues and don't let the building go to hell. They don't tolerate swearing or yelling in the hallways or at the staff. Mike, Tanya, Matthew and Bianca are always on hand. A little more notice when doing major projects and needing to move vehicles would be nice but nothing major. Mike is always out with his fix it cart. Phyllis is direct, to the point and friendly.”

“Great place to live. I have been here at 860 Blackthorne for six years. Michael Agar is responsible for my building and many more within the CLV Group. This building is very well maintained. We see the maintenance crew on a daily base making sure the lobby area, halls, the wash room is clean. I really enjoy the rooftop patio equipped with lawn chairs and BBQ's. The exercise room is very well maintained.The front of the building is welcoming with all kinds of flowers. The overall maintenance of the grounds is excellent. Since I am here I never had a problem with snow removal. Michael is always available by phone, email or in person at the office. I give Michael Agar Five Star for the overall maintenance of the property. Claude Lacroix”

“A good place if you just need a place to crash for a couple of nights or so. It has all the basics you need. Although an upgrade of towels and bedsheets would not be bad for the place. Cleaning should be better. I would give 5/10. The plus side it close to two bus stations and you ca access bus 5, 55 and 16. There is a subway close by if you are hungry.”
