“The experience with John was great. Super patient, worked with us to get a different floor when the one we chose was out of stock. Jeff and the other installer (can’t remember his name, but he’s a Steelers fan like me) did a great job. It was very hot in our house (no central air) and not once did they complain. Jeff taught me a lot about handiwork (I’m the handy one in my marriage, my husband isn’t). We went over properly rehinging doors (I rehinged the bathroom door and turns out the pin was upside down. Jeff fixed this for me), French cleats, etc. They both did a complete walk through of the work done and gave us care instructions. We will definitely use them again for our basement bathroom, and if they do powder rooms, we’ll use them for that too.”

“I was trying to buy a Ravensburger GraviTrax for a friend's daughter for a Solstice gift. Went through the process, and when the order summary came up, I got a message saying the item wasn't in stock at the store. So, I cancelled and reordered it from the main website, for delivery. That order processed, then I got a call from the store to say they had seen my original order, and had been opening a few boxes that had just been delivered, and one of them just happened to have had a bunch of GraviTrax's inside. I sort of groaned, and said thanks, but I've just ordered it online, which was meh, okay, but I didn't know if it would arrive on time. The staff at the store, Max and AJ, took the time to find my order on the company website and cancel it. They then stuck one up at the counter for me and promised to hold it till I could get in to pick it up. Great. proactive customer service, One Awesome Toy off the list in excellent time for Solstice, and it was 25% off to boot.”
