“Upon walking in, you will be greeted by exceptional people who clearly love their job. I was given a tour of the place and felt like I was a part of the family from day 1. The facility itself is super clean and I love all the different rooms (a work out room with rock wall and hanging rings, the floor space in another area, the equipment used for teaching, etc.) If you want to try out martial arts, check this place out!”

She made us feel comfortable right off the spot and explained everything about the 24/7 access. Loads of space and machines. Great gym for a great price!”

“Been going to this studio for just over two years now. Any instructor I've had there has been good to great. The atmosphere is warm, clean, calm, relaxing, inviting. You are made to feel at ease in every class I've ever been in (which has kept me coming back as I'm not a typical "yoga body"). The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 (and really, I wish I could give 4.5) is due to the fairly poor customer communication. Phone calls are rarely answered and voice messages are generally not responded to in a timely manner, if at all. Text messages and email are the same, unfortunately. But overall, a fantastic spot.”

“I found the club extremely well organized and is very welcoming and receptive to newcomers. I joined the club recently and was given a great welcome by all members. Signup is made very easy and once you are a member, you have access to the club's website where you can reserve courts and check stats of the ladder and leagues. Friday night fun nights are great and full of good camaraderie when members get together and play 3-on-court. The Alan Strike Squash Centre is a clean and well run facility. There are two courts at the centre.”

“I’m so happy I gave this place a try! I look forward to my weekly class. I always leave feeling so calm and refreshed. Jenna is such a great instructor. She makes you feel comfortable through every transition and pose. The space is beautiful, simplistic and calming. If you haven’t tried Jungle Yoga yet, I’d hop to it!”

“I hate the gym but I love this place. You must be doing it right ???? It's a very clean facility featuring hydro massage beds, tanning beds, some stand up machine that apparently is going to get rid of my stretch marks ????.. Massage chairs.. Clearly I don't work out as much as I should lol. I take full advantage of the amenities there and they're totally cool with it.. Then when I do bust my butt at the gym, I'm always encouraged by the staff and that makes me feel amazing :) thanks guys!”
