“Fantastic old world quality cakes and pastry. I had the Black Forest Cake and my wife had the Hazelnut Torte. Hazelnut Torte is hard to find, it's a lot of effort to make. The owner supplies cakes to customers from as far away as Toronto. It's a small place with only a few tables. Only open on the weekends from 2pm to 4pm, but worth a trip.”

“I am actually giving it five stars. It is absolutely one of the cleanest no frills I have been to. It's selection of food is greater than that of the falls and the produce fresher. I was so impressed. I didn't find it more expensive than any of the other no frills at all and compared to the Sobeys and Joe's Valu-mart- this place is affordable. I am picky about my food choices but I loved this no frills. Way better than the one in Niagara Falls or St. Catharine's.”

“My local store. Produce is expensive,but I think it is everywhere. Chicken breast are usually on sale. Recently bought strip loin steak was very good. Ground beef is awesome. I'm usually very picky about ground beef, but it is very good and lean.”
