“Go see Sherina!!! I needed some work boots and she was the best and very helpful. She was happy to order the ones I possibly needed but I didn’t end up needing them, I stayed with the ones I first tried on in the store, so she made all that effort and calls to make sure I get the right boot and be happy with my decision, she didn’t have a problem with It . She was very patient because when you try on many and ask to order some other ones, it can be much. I’d be like “just pick one.” 😆 She’s great with customers, gives you space to process it out, very polite and knowledgeable. Would see her again. Go now to see her if you need boots. Now!!”

“Nice Walmart. Compared to most locations in the US it is well maintained. I was hoping to purchase Dave's Bread but I couldn't find any. My web search indicated that most of the Walmart locations carried a variety of Dave's Killer Bread. Also their selection of corn tortillas is very poor. They only have 1 option.”

“Over the years I have found staff at the St. Catharines Pen Centre store very friendly and accommodating. There's one blonde woman that is quite the opposite. I can't say she is new to the store (past year or two) but I just don't remember her from years past. Quite arrogant, seems to be annoyed at everything and not friendly at all. She seems to be there most days that I go into the store. Walked right back out the other day when I saw she was working. I decided to shop where I would feel welcome.”

“Recently had a problem with a return that had me leaving, shall we say, less than enthused. The manager, Tim, contacted me a day or two later and was easily with one the most courteous, generous, helpful and understanding people I have ever dealt with. Going way above what was necessary to help me. I don't recall the name of the employee with whom I originally dealt, but he was a great guy as well and was only doing his job. Can't be faulted. I sure hope that the company appreciates how talented and dedicated these employees are and treats them accordingly. Thank you again.”
