The team is friendly, knowledgable, and actually cares about helping you find what you're looking for (not in a pushy, sales-oriented way). They price match (and beat competitors by 15% the difference) and are willing to negotiate prices as well. Unfortunately, I had to return my purchase (TV wasn't what I expected it to be), however, the process took 2 minutes and caused no headaches at all. Their return policy is stellar (open box, no problem) and their warranty (should you choose to get it) is a great option.
