“Extremely pleasant experience! If you're thinking about going to a bigger, more well-known company, I encourage you to reconsider. This was my first visit to Visions but it will certainly not be my last. The team is friendly, knowledgable, and actually cares about helping you find what you're looking for (not in a pushy, sales-oriented way). They price match (and beat competitors by 15% the difference) and are willing to negotiate prices as well. Unfortunately, I had to return my purchase (TV wasn't what I expected it to be), however, the process took 2 minutes and caused no headaches at all. Their return policy is stellar (open box, no problem) and their warranty (should you choose to get it) is a great option.
