Took the time to explain all aspects of base movement and demonstrated umbrella movement. Very thorough. Sadly would not fit my tiny space. “My friend suggested that I check this store out as I was looking for a sectional last fall. Can I just say that it has so much more than outdoor furniture. There was wall art, cabinets, unusual items, etc. I was very impressed with the sectionals on display as they were so comfortable, deep seated and top quality. The only reason I didn't buy my sectional from there is because it couldn't accommodate my space. Staff were so friendly and willing to help with everything. Give DOT a look next time you're in the market for furniture.”

This was my first visit to Visions but it will certainly not be my last. The team is friendly, knowledgable, and actually cares about helping you find what you're looking for (not in a pushy, sales-oriented way). They price match (and beat competitors by 15% the difference) and are willing to negotiate prices as well. Unfortunately, I had to return my purchase (TV wasn't what I expected it to be), however, the process took 2 minutes and caused no headaches at all. Their return policy is stellar (open box, no problem) and their warranty (should you choose to get it) is a great option.
