He has many types of treatments that help address the different kind of problems I have. He is very patient in answering all my questions and helpful in showing different exercises I can do to prevent future injuries. I will definately recommend Kris to everyone ?.

He explained how I can avoid further injury by showing me proper postures when picking up my baby, and some exercises to help me strengthen my back to prevent future reoccurrence. I ask a lot of questions, and he was patient with me and took the time to explain.
