“I was referred to Hugo by a coworker. We were in the market to have our basement apartment gutted and have a new bathroom and kitchen installed. We had started the gutting of the project. During this point in time we had difficulty in finding a contractor that showed up when they had an appointment scheduled with us and if they did they were reasonable in their quote. I contacted Hugo, we arranged an appointment, he showed up on-time. Hugo is very polite, we discussed what we were looking to have done including moving drain pipes / installation of new ones / new wiring. Two weeks later received a quote, very reasonable and fair. He said he would start in a few months re how busy he was. He started exactly when he said, they always left the work site tidy and they produced a great deal if production on a daily basis. We choose some on own tiles and hardware/ Hugo said no problem. Hugo and his team were terrific to work with, always pleasant and professional. Highly recommend. Extremely fair price.”

He answered our questions professionally and patiently. We communicated with him on any concerns/questions during the project and he was always willing to discuss and provide the solution. I called them for a minor issue after the project is complete. The supervisor came back in the same day to fixed the issue.
