He always goes out of his way to help and pick you out something he thinks you'll enjoy. He's very knowledgeable about all the different candy and where its all from. “I was referred to Hugo by a coworker. We were in the market to have our basement apartment gutted and have a new bathroom and kitchen installed. We had started the gutting of the project. During this point in time we had difficulty in finding a contractor that showed up when they had an appointment scheduled with us and if they did they were reasonable in their quote. I contacted Hugo, we arranged an appointment, he showed up on-time. Hugo is very polite, we discussed what we were looking to have done including moving drain pipes / installation of new ones / new wiring. Two weeks later received a quote, very reasonable and fair. He said he would start in a few months re how busy he was. He started exactly when he said, they always left the work site tidy and they produced a great deal if production on a daily basis. We choose some on own tiles and hardware/ Hugo said no problem. Hugo and his team were terrific to work with, always pleasant and professional. Highly recommend. Extremely fair price.”

“Unlike the other reviews here i had a positive experience. I was interested in a watch they did not have in display, but as an authorized dealer, offered to check stock and order. They gave me a free catalogues, were not pushy and helpful in looking up the pricing. Coming back, I ordered the watch, the lady was very detail oriented and triple checked the numbers, took a picture of the code I wrote down and verified the picture in the catalogue. After that, it was a very fair price and prompt call when it came in. Coming back to order an additional strap was the same great experience.”

“Was served by Alan today. Purchase my 2nd pair of glasses from them (before it was called Good Eyes). Alan was able to quickly show me different brands of glasses after I specified which style I was looking for. I think they are restricted by certain insurance companies if you wish to claim. The staff will also verify with you during the shopping process. I would still recommend this place if you are purchasing glasses out of your own pocket.”

“An amazing store inside of the Pacific Mall top floor. A store smaller when compared to a WalMart but has so many different things that you can buy. Mini washing machines to slightly bigger ones, household items to snacks to electronics (look a likes Apple wireless Air Pods). To cell phones to can’t even begin what else. We grabbed some Bombay store decorative items at almost 80% less than the Bombay List prices on the boxes. Perhaps not to buy but worth a visit as how stores are stocked in their land of origin. A lesson if not to shop for sure.”
