“I was referred to Hugo by a coworker. We were in the market to have our basement apartment gutted and have a new bathroom and kitchen installed. We had started the gutting of the project. During this point in time we had difficulty in finding a contractor that showed up when they had an appointment scheduled with us and if they did they were reasonable in their quote. I contacted Hugo, we arranged an appointment, he showed up on-time. Hugo is very polite, we discussed what we were looking to have done including moving drain pipes / installation of new ones / new wiring. Two weeks later received a quote, very reasonable and fair. He said he would start in a few months re how busy he was. He started exactly when he said, they always left the work site tidy and they produced a great deal if production on a daily basis. We choose some on own tiles and hardware/ Hugo said no problem. Hugo and his team were terrific to work with, always pleasant and professional. Highly recommend. Extremely fair price.”

“Unlike the other reviews here i had a positive experience. I was interested in a watch they did not have in display, but as an authorized dealer, offered to check stock and order. They gave me a free catalogues, were not pushy and helpful in looking up the pricing. Coming back, I ordered the watch, the lady was very detail oriented and triple checked the numbers, took a picture of the code I wrote down and verified the picture in the catalogue. After that, it was a very fair price and prompt call when it came in. Coming back to order an additional strap was the same great experience.”

“Very kind, polite and efficient customer service. The photographer was strict about my positioning and facial expression (also advised me to remove my oversized hooped earrings) to ensure an acceptable, good looking passport photo was taken. The quality of the photos are absolutely amazing, and the price is extremely affordable. Also, in the room that the passport photos are being taken, they do have a mirror on the wall, & multiple hair combs, hair brushes, bobby pins, etc were there for customer use ( I am not entirely sure if that is sanitary, but it is most definitely thoughtful, and I appreciated the option, as I imagine there are customers who would unexpectedly need those things ). Great service, great experience and most importantly great photos! Thank you!”

“On a cold Thursday night in the middle of February "that big company" during their annual maintenance shut my gas and furnace down and walked away. On Friday morning (with the house getting colder by the hour) I felt abandoned by the lack of options offered and totally frustrated. Friday afternoon I did a bit of research into the best companies, and long story short, called Hargrave Heating. I am very glad I did. The Hargrave receptionist took my contact info and said someone would call me back soon. Within 2 minutes Kevin B. called me and I explained the situation. He told me "not to worry" he would take care of it. That evening he came to my place and explained all the options and that he had already put the team at Hargrave's on alert for a next day / Saturday morning install. At 9:00 AM the next morning (the house now a chilly 57 degrees and going down) Dimitri was ripping out my old furnace. By noon, he had installed the new Carrier furnace I picked the night before. Not only are Dimitri and Kevin B. both extremely professional but also (both) super nice and friendly. If you have a problem with the "big guys" - - - call Hargrave and ask for Kevin B. He'll take care of it and leave you smiling. Fantastic !!”
