“I've been going to this branch for 13 years and the service is absolutely outstanding. My husband had forgotten his MasterCard pin and after visiting another branch 4 times, they were still not able to solve his problem. When the Main St. Branch opened I told him to try once more, because I knew they could help us and they did! It was such a relief to have this previously unsolvable problem taken care of by the staff who are competent and extremely knowledgeable.”

“I was there on Aug 27th approximately at 1100h and noticed the only entrance that was available to clients who wanted to access a teller was the mall entrance. It was a 4 client line and covid protocols were actually observed both by guests and staff. I was helped by an employee named Rachel and albeit she did not have name tag, she was very patient and understanding when I tried to take a bank draft to cash buy a car. She explained the difference very thoroughly between a certified check and a bank draft and politely informed me she could not help me BMO's atrocious investorline accounts. She very quickly created a bank draft and allowed me to view documents associated with that. Rachel's customer support was hands down the best I have witnessed from a major banking institution and I would be extremely surprised if she isn't managerial staff. I also appreciated the open layout with desks and almost office like layout from the BMO that made it very easy to feel comfortable with the tellers. This is not the branch which I opened my account but I will attend this branch for all my major banking needs because of this sole experience. Ps. will update if I have a poor experience.”

“This is my main branch, and as far as most basic banking needs, they get the job done. Staff on average are older than others, probably because of somewhat remote location - doesn't have that young professional bank feel with many hip youngsters. For bigger bank needs, I recommend driving over further east or wherever you're going to bigger branches, service is not rushed and often bottle-necked at peak hours.”

“I Had some issues with the tellers I was applying for credit card to Travell , which will Cover my travell insurance I have been told that if I deposit 5,000 In to my account and leave it there , there is no annual fee for my credit card but they never told me that I Have to deposit the money the same day , I opened my account I deposited the money a few days latter Few months later, I found out that since I deposited the few days latter they have been charging me and took money out of account I called the Branch manager Chu and she rectified my problem and credited my account Also the manage Devera took time to Talk to me and was very helpful End of the day , I am very pleased with the management staff.”
