“Amazing selection of clothing and fair prices. However their change rooms are still closed and you are unable to return certain items if they don’t fit ? So essentially you have to hope for the best. I don’t think I’ll return again until change rooms are opened back up. It’s a bit excessive to still have them closed as everywhere else you shop they are reopened.”

“So in love with these beautiful leather products (shoes and purses) and the scarfs - so many compliments!!! The added touch of the lovely horse on the zippers is a very nice touch. The scarfs are so soft and great to wrap yourself up in... and the colours stunning!. Even the packaging is a special touch with a hand written card, red tissue paper with sticker makes you feel special. This is a lovely brand with wonderful quality and so many choices with the different lines - something for everyone. I have given items as gifts and amazing feedback and gratitude. “If there is a negative star I would give them. My wife put a pair of boots on hold and I picked them up later. I got home to find out that they gave us defective ones. Went back the second day to exchange with a good one to find out that the receipt was stamped Final Sale, I was not told and my wife was not told the boots were final sale. The girl from the first day was very nice but the girl from the second day was very "impolite". Worst customer service ever. They are sending it for a repair instead of giving me a new one. Edit : the manager called when the shoe was done, she apologized for the issue and provided a gift card for the inconvenience. She was very nice. I am adjusting my rating to 3 stars. Thanks”

“We visited this location to pick out suits for my sisters wedding both for my father and fiance. Chad was easy to work with and knew which styles made sense for each of their body types but was also what they wanted. We ended up purchasing one custom suit and one off the rack which we had altered in very short turn around time as we were in a bit of a time constraint. They also had a good selection of dress shirts, shoes, belts and ties so we picked up those there as well. Was a one stop shop for us with great service.”
