“I have been working with Shayna for many years now. I am a 43 year old circus performer. Originally I came to her to pre-hab before my double hip replacement. She kept me moving and ensuring that I was as strong as I possibly could be before my surgery. Post op she was the most pivotal in not only getting me back to regular day to day life, but back into circus shape. “Just a quick note to thank you for everything you have done! Looking back from when I 1st started, I have come a long way. My confidence was low, my motivation was there, but it increased as time went on. I started training with Karie and things got better, my clothes started to fit better, people noticed I was looking healthier, I felt healther, and most importantly I finally understood what eating in moderation meant. I was determined to lose weight, but at times I felt like I did not want to workout anymore, but Karie definitely kept me motivated. This was done by her texting me inquiring about what days I had planned to work out when I went MIA. That simple gesture kept me motivated to continue!!! “Great gym if you are in the Beaches area. It has an assault bike and a rower for metabolic conditioning along with weights, kettlebells, and Olympic bars for strength training. I was able to connect my own music via Bluetooth and I was off to the races. With the doors open I was able to get an amazing breeze going. I highly recommend if you are in the area!”

“Gym equipment is good, atmosphere is good. Only complaint are the hours. Prior to covid they would be open till 11pm on weekdays, however since have changed to 9pm and have not adjusted back. I prefer to avoid using the gym from 5-8pm due to peak hours and equipment being used. I am also unable to use it anytime before that because I am working. There is no music in the gym, so you can hear any noise across the gym.”

“I've been going to Liberty Movement for a couple of months and it's the best studio I've been to in the city. A really great schedule (lots of evening classes) and a good variety of classes (yoga, barre, pilates, etc). The small class sizes are something I didn't realize I would enjoy so much. Their online booking is really easy to use and very convenient. There is a real sense of community at this space. Highly recommend!”
