“This is a terrific little local spot. Baga is a about a 15 minute walk from our place and we’ve used him for all our occasional rental needs. His prices are good, the selection of cars is limited but Kas takes extra steps to ensure we’re happy, even going so far as to lend us his personal vehicle when we needed on last minute on a Friday morning. Wholly recommend renting from these guys which has a lovely side effect of keeping your $ out of the hands of Avis National Budget and all the rest.”

When you're now being addressed on a first name basis you know you've developed a great rapport with them. I travel from Oshawa to their location because this company is the only car rental that gives you ease of getting a rental. Others requires an upfront deposit that can take up to 7 business days to return on your card. But with this company the rental rewards discount, promo offers are always great.”

“Normally I have to deal with Avis through work and they're quite a pain to deal with. For my vacation I chose this location of Enterprise and everything went smoothly. Very helpful and competent staff. The vehicle type I requested was available (see Avis? It's not hard). The parking is a little tight here but aside from that I look forward to renting a vehicle from here again. These guys also dealt with me and my insurance company when my car was hit and totaled in 2012. Super helpful then, and still are.”

“To be honest, I am not sure why people are hating on these guys… Anytime I've called them, they have always answered, Joe even gave me his personal cell phone number, in case I had any questions or concerns after hours. I have been renting from them for about six months continuously, since July. Right from the beginning Joe was courteous, accommodating, and willing to accommodate my budget. I also got the privilege of meeting and working with Tanya, the franchise owner, who was also willing to work with me on payment arrangements that would suit my budget. Even when I brought the cars back with some damage, they were willing to accommodate me and work with me to get it fixed, giving me the option to have it fixed and we worked myself and not being charged any extra premiums for having them do it themselves. Overall, these guys have been great And I would refer them to friends, families, colleagues, or anybody that needs a good functional car to rent from. “if you're an international driver make sure you bring: your passport, boarding card from your flight (or flight information), your driving licence and a bank card registered in your name. paid for the 'we'll choose for you' and were given a mid size SUV which was easy to drive and understand. Staff were helpful and eventhough their garage was closed for works we were able to drop the car off opposite without any issues”

“Wheel Trans is an excellent service. I have only had one problem in 3 yrs. The drivers are excellent and very helpful. I am a bit surprised by all the negative comments on here. We need to be thankful that a service like this is available in Toronto. I find too many customers complain about waiting an extra 10 minutes for a scheduled ride. Be smart and book your rides earlier if you do not want to wait extra time. Its up to you to be organized and show some appreciation for what this service actually offers in Toronto.”

It does tend to get quite busy as the neighbourhood has a high concentration of residents and travellers, so best to book in advance to secure your rental for the dates you need.
