“My experience at rbc being the only branch that’s opened on a sat was, well the line was an hour of waiting. Wasn’t too bad maybe lol, and the customer service was exceptional I was satisfied with how the bank advisor helped me set up my student banking account and was very kind and considerate. It’s covid szn and on a weekend, so the line wait wasn’t a surprise. I’m just thankful I brought all the required documents and one hour in line another setting the account. The line wait paid off.
