“Duane in the Decor department is amazing!!!! He took the time to measure and remeasure the blinds that we cut incorrectly by other locations. He took into account the decor frame and end caps to ensure the measurements were exact. His calculations and fraction math were impeccable. He was kind, courteous, patient and extremely knowledgeable. After going to 4 other Home Depot locations, I went to the Warden and Elsewhere location in hopes to finally have my blinds cut properly. I have never met such an amazing service employee before. If you need to purchase blinds and ensure they are cut to spec, see Duane at this locations. Amazing!!!!”

“Ordered some stuff online and tried to express pick up l, they didn't answer but I could tell they were busy from the parking lot so went inside. Wow what a nicely kept store and the air conditioning was perfect, even with my mask I could breathe so easy. It was an oddly nice experience being inside with lots of weird and useful little things. “These guys are honest and hard working! Last year took my chainsaw in for repair after putting straight gas in it. 1st place I took it near Finch & Kennedy charged me $75 to look at it and they didn't even open it or flush it! Then they told me they would give me a credit of $50 towards a new one and just made me feel stupid for putting straight gas. This store is full of dishonest people. Therefore, took it to Silver Mile. After, explaining the gas issue and wanting to buy another chainsaw from them, they suggested to try to repair it 1st. Then buy new one if needed. I was hesitant but, agreed. Glad I did! Glad to see that there are still honest people in business! Chainsaw was flushed and luckily there was no damage. Switched to a 4:1 ratio, as per their recommendation. No issues with equipment for about 14 months since. Highly recommend this family owned place. Store not too big to treat customers as numbers and $$$$. Thank you Silver Mile!”
