So, you're calling and telling me - unless I come in next 20 days and change it, it won't be covered by recall warranty. Do you consider it's good customer service? “The mechanic here is the most genuine and honest man you'll ever have the privilege of meeting. I bought a used car and took it to Rob to look it over and get it certified. He said the only thing they haven't checked yet was something with the tires. They might be fine, but if they need a part replaced it would be no more than 30 bucks each. When I went to pick up my car, Rob explained he made a mistake and that the part was 40 bucks each. But he said he would only charge me 30 dollars since that's what he said before and wanted to stick with his word. A family friend took her car in. She was just pulling out of the parking lot after paying and Rob chased her down. Apparently she had over paid by 70 cents and Rob was giving her back the change. He's a great guy with good energy. I always look forward to seeing him.”

My license plate lights were out and two other garages told me that it was a wiring issue, but at Christine's they were fixed no issue. “I needed my car fixed but on my dime, not insurance, and they worked with me to fix it *under* the initial quote (over 50% off and by the end, even lower than that!!) even found a new hood and had it painted to match even though when we'd discussed ways to save originally I'd been prepared to have a hood that was a different colour. It was a great surprise and I'm thrilled with Ron and his shop for the work done. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have quality work done for reasonable prices !!!”
