“I’ve been to a lot of gym - as a trainer, an athlete and your everyday gym-go’er. Gyms can be intimidating, especially private gyms. The Wreckroom does an excellent job of making everyone feel welcome regardless of your ability, experience, or level of fitness. The most important thing is that I brought my girlfriend who has very little experience to this gym from GoodLife - instantly she was welcomed, encouraged and treated like she had been a member for years. Management is great, trainers are very knowledgeable and I would encourage anyone looking to join a gym or get a little more active to come by and try out the facility.”
