As this place got referred to me by a colleague that had a great experience, I gave it a try my last trip in YUL. Well, let me tell you, they did not deceive. “I didn't book with them but had a nail puncture a tire on a rental I had driven in from Ontario. I called Pierrefonds Budget and they were useless, told me to go to the airport. I called the airport about 10 times and no one ever picked up. Finally I called these guys and they were super helpful, told me to bring the car in and they'd switch the tire. Made sure I knew where they were located and had enough air in the tire to get there. When I got there they took me in about 10 minutes and the tire swap was done about 20 minutes later, no charge to the account and I was back on the road and in vacation mode once again. Really appreciated their customer service, fast and helpful.”
