“Such an amazing place! The train ride is a unique experience, absolutely a must. There are many animals to see in all other areas. The zoo is also an opportunity to see the striking and severe boreal forest up close. I also really appreciated the kids area with the water games and mini farm - it's a great place to have a picnic or an ice cream. There are also picnic tables (some with roofs) throughout the zoo, so it's easy to take a break. Overall, a must see in Lac Saint-Jean area.”

“I grew up in Powell River and always wanted to take my kids to the Patricia Theatre. I did on my last trip back. It was great. Hadn’t changed at all from the 1980s and I hear it’s now the oldest movie theatre in Canada. When I was a kid there was a nice older man that would play the pipe organ at the front of the theatre before the movie started. Sadly he’s passed away but everything is still there although it’s not played anymore. I was amazed at how nothing had changed at all. It’s like stepping back in time. Downside is when we arrived we were told they didn’t take credit card but to their credit they said I could bring cash by later and they gave me the cash to buy tickets and popcorn and I paid them back later in the day. You don’t see that kind of service or trust very often anymore. Can’t recommend it enough while in PR.”

“Been living in the area for a bit and finally decided to give this place a try, was not disappointed! There was a park there for the kids the bathrooms were pretty clean and orderly. Inside concessions looked good but we brought our own food. They even have a booster pack for when your car dies at no cost to use! Will definitely be coming back again!”

The screens are well taken care of and the quality is great. Definitely worth coming to this theatre if you want to enjoy a good film on a low budget.”

“Nothing fancy when we start making comparisons to major movie theaters across Ontario. Overall, a good location with adequate movies. However, the are major things to improve, such as: 1. A greater assortment of movie options and "show times." 2. Soap in the washrooms should be a must given obvious hygienic reasons. 3. The food was good, but let's kick it up a notch by adding more variety. For instance, hot dogs?”

“This is one of the best cinemas in Montreal. I was working at this theatre since November 2021 and ended July 2022. It was a good experience working there for a first job and I had lots of fun with great co workers and managers who feel like another family to me. I love serving the wonderful customers who came to Guzzo during my time working there. All of the staff are amazing to me. Thank you Guzzo for everything and I will always remember this experience.”
