Great refurbished motel on the edge of Banff. 20 minute walk to the river. You can get a free 3-day bus pass upon check in if you want to take the every-15 minute #1 bus instead of walking
Very big rooms are nice and clean. The Key App was little bit exciting... You have to take care there is power in Your phone - I used my phone daily taking photos and fe Google Maps. No one told me what to do, if I cannot use my phone.
Great hotel on a quiet side of the town away from busy streets. Plenty of parking spice right in front of your doorstep. The room is spacious with necessary amenities and a dining table. It was clean and well designed. It was a good value for money.
What more could you ask for! The bus stop is nearby, there's a convenience store at the gas station, the rooms are big, free parking, comfy beds! Housekeeping comes by daily to take care of the rooms too. Only thing is, you have to check-in about 700m down the road -- not too hard if you have a vehicle. Great place to rest after a tiring day, comes with fridge, microwave, and kettle!
If your lucky you can pay as low as 106$ per night, but be aware this place is a motel, the floor is intense ha!
Their accommodations are available in the main hotel (the caribou lodge) with is like a 2 minute walk. The gym is a joke but the spa is fun almost as big as a pool with a sauna, worth the walk!
In the room our safe was locked (couldn’t use it), there was a mini fridge, a microwave, mini coffee machine and a kettle… they could improve by adding dished, TEA, and a working safe. Other than that it was perfect for our ski getaway. The shelf in the bathroom heats from the heater underneath so our ski gears were always dry and warm!
