If you have one night to spend the big check for a room. This is the place. The drive in is amazing. Oscar was very informative and accommodating as we were signing in. The sights are amazing and rooms are stellar.
They were very knowledgeable on gluten free options at dinner and breakfast. Kitchen staff were very helpful in GF food prep. Michael and Amy were great!
The canoe crew was very patient and had many different languages to work with. They managed the flow of patrons extremely well!!!
Kudos to the entire team and staff... great stay!
I LOVED staying here and can’t wait to come back. The price tag is so with it for the views of the Moraine lake. All of the staff were very friendly - special shout-out to Ross for his exceptional service! Dinner was very good and the dining room has wonderful views of the mountains. The complimentary breakfast had decent selections with specials each day, and the pastries were yummy. I stayed at one of the lakefront cabins and thought the room was really cute and a good size. The water pressure in the shower was good! Wi-Fi wasn’t the best but decent enough. They have guided hikes each day and canoe rentals are complimentary for guests. We didn’t get to take advantage of these perks but wish we had. We will be back!
Fabulous rooms, service and perfect location. Just for the fact that you get access to the lake and are able to spend quiet time early morning and late evening, almost having the location all to yourself makes it absolutely worth it. A 2 night stay is ideal(1 night makes it too short, 3 maybe too long). Easy access to Lake Louise too from here.
Included breakfast, to-go/complimentary lunch at the library is such a cool service to have.
Special shout out for Elliot (the in-house naturalist) and James (at the reception) for being super friendly and helpful. In general all the staff were fantastic. Food, although limited in selection for vegetarians, was awesome. Especially the desserts!
We had the most magical, amazing time here! It was definitely the most I have ever paid for lodging, but was well worth it. We booked the King Deluxe and had a direct view of the lake which was stunning. The cabin itself was spotless and seemed like everything was brand new. Being able to experience the lake in the evening after all the extra tourists were gone was what made it most worth it. During the day, the place is packed with people everywhere you turn, but around dinner time it clears out so that only people staying at the lodge remain (which is a low number). I would stay here again, despite the hefty price tag.
