We’ll definitely be coming back here! Perfect place to stay! Everything about this hotel was great; a lot of parking spots; super helpful and friendly staffs from when checking in, they gave us recommendations on tourist spots and easy hiking trails. Beautiful stylish, spacious kids friendly, clean and cozy room! The complimentary breakfast was very good and had variety of food offered, staff we’re attentive and efficient! The breakfast room was well equipped and comfortable.
Great location! Close to lakes, restaurants, stores and many more. Overall excellent stay and highly recommended! 🙂🙂
Happy with our stay at this lodge. Comfy beds with enough extra pillows, room had all essentials needed for my 1 night stay and great breakfast. Had to turn AC on for some airflow.
Don't expect much from this hotel , but it will provide you your basic needs. For the
price point compared to other hotels it was a great stay for us. We loved the location. You can walk across the street to a gas station, 2 minute drive to the grocery store/liquor store,8 minute drive to Lake Louise and you get free breakfast and parking. Complimentary bear spray rental as long as you don't use it. Front desk was super helpful. We got a 2nd floor room and it looked recently renovated , we didn't have a problem with noise. The room was clean, it had the basic amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make remover towelettes, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. The cons, if you get a first floor room, bring earplugs to sleep because you will hear everything from the 2nd floor. There is no AC, but they provide a portable fan and the pillows are on the flatter side.
Friendly front desk staff, super comfortable new beds (with no foxhole drooping in the centre like so many other hotel beds), great full hot breakfast with typical breakfast meats, eggs, fruits, yogurt, juices/coffee, very clean and modern room with all you need like hair dryer, ice bucket, fluffy towels, etc. The only so-so part was the hot tub, which was not hot enough for me (felt like a lukewarm bath temperature). Overall, had a fabulous sleep and was ready to power on through the next day for all our activities!
BEWARE OF FIRST FLOOR ROOMS. Read the reviews. It seems to be an issue for everyone on the ground floor. We were given a first floor room and it made our night unpleasant.
You hear every. Single. Footstep. It’s insane.
The people above us woke us up at 430 am walking around, moving chairs, and generally being loud for over an hour. It was awful.
That aside- I WOULD stay here again if given a top floor room. The beds were super comfy. The rooms were clean. Price wise compared to what else is available in Lake Louise, it’s worth the savings. It’s a safe comfortable place to lay your head for an evening.
