“Awesome people and amazing service. Last year, the first time, my dispatch arranged a service for a driver side window replacement at this location. Recently, I called them to retorque 4 trailer tire nuts. They were busy but asked me to come. I arrived and reported at the main desk. They retorqued the tires immediately. Also, they didn't charge me anything for the service. A few weeks ago, I went to a TA shop in Casper, WY, exactly for the same reason with a different trailer and they charged me USD 10 for each tire.”

“Brought in a stock trailer that had brakes that were not working properly. Knowing that they had never been replaced since purchasing the trailer as a used unit, it was not surprising that I was informed that everything needed to be replaced which was done on time as promised. After towing the trailer home it seemed like I still had no brakes. I returned with the unit and after being looked at again by James he informed me that the brakes were in fact cutting in and out which indicated a trailer wiring problem. He also informed me that the suspension bushings were shot and that this should be addressed in the future. I took the trailer home and rewired it. Turns out James was right. The wiring had been done by the previous owner who indicated to me when I bought it that it was “completely rewired”; however after removing the old wiring I found T splices pushed back into the trailer, splices where they were not necessary, and several bare conductors indicating that the wiring was forced into the structure of the trailer. Just wanted to say thank you to James and Jeff for being professional and taking my concerns seriously. I will be booking in again to have them replace the bushings that they suggested. Well done!”
