Got all our main floor flooring as well as 90% of the tile for our house and are extremely happy with the final product, they also installed the tile in the showers and for the fireplace. Had some hiccups with deliveries taking longer than expected, but nothing that they could have done about it, and they were active in trying to get it to show up as soon as they could. This store is a great store don’t get me wrong but they don’t give you nothing for selling or trade in for in store credits. “Shout out to Nathan. I've been having issues with mice in my apartment/building and they finally brought in an exterminator. Later I was smelling this wretched smell. I called and spoke to Nathan. He answered all my questions and explained to me what I was smelling and why. He was kind, caring and didn't talk down to me, unlike the other place I called. He gave me ideas on how to mitigate the smell until I could move out. He knows his job and I would not hesitate to call him again. He even told me I could text him if I had any other questions. We got onto the topic of rats and fun fact, it was a man from PEI who taught him how to properly catch one. Leave it to an Islander to know what to do. Lol. If I ever need an exterminator, you will be my first phone call. Thank you Nathan and I appreciate you.”

“Amazing would pretty much sum up our experience. Vivian was delightful and helpful and accommodating, to schedule our two gas fireplace services. Tim arrived 15 minutes early, which was wonderful. It took about an hour per unit, which could be good or bad I don't know. But what I do know is he left no stone unturned in cleaning, adjusting and checking each unit. His thoroughness to detail seemed exemplary. Generally Tim was friendly, polite and professional, and his fee seemed very fair and reasonable for the service provided. What more could a customer ask for really. Very happy and would absolutely recommend Tim Lloyd to anyone.”

“On Saturday, October 30th, my husband and I visited the Trail Appliances Red Deer showroom. We required a specific brand/model for our elderly Dad whose washing machine had passed away. We were met by Jim who is a truly professional associate. We were well informed in a non-pressured environment as we required a day or so to make a decision. When we got home we had a few more questions. We called Jim who returned our call quickly with an answer to our query. On Monday morning I again called Jim who returned my call in a timely manner, as well as making an appointment to order the appliance and set delivery for the following Monday. We were told the installers from Trail Appliance would contact us the following Sunday to confirm a delivery window. As promised, this is exactly what happened, we were given a two hours window which we found pretty reasonable. The next day drivers/installers Mat and Corey called my cell as they arrived at the corner (on time within the two hours window) of our Dad's street, came into the house observing all pandemic protocol and installed the appliance in a quick and efficient manner. To Jim, along with his associate colleague doing the paperwork, and Mat and Corey, thank you for a smooth/amazing sale and delivery process!”
