“Located next to Sales Center. Vehicle drop-off at back alley. Had my vehicle in for defects noted in the first week of ownership, as well as subsequent visits. Received courtesy car for service > 2 hours from partnered Enterprise Rent-A-Car on West 1st Avenue. Received Hyundai Santa Fe and Land Rover Discovery Sport on two visits. Friendly staff, though some downplayed defects to vehicle, eg. "it's not as bad as others." Prompts required to have technicians accept certain repairs. Communication regarding vehicle retrieval date has improved on recent visit. Previously received ambiguous and ever changing vehicle retrieval time. On recent visit, received text message confirmation for vehicle pick-up. Received good-will service on one repair, washer fluid fill-up, tire pressure correction. Car was offered for wash on one of the visits. Shared lounge with Sales Centre, has coffee, tea, water. Elevator available to basement parkade.”

“I've been coming here with my pet for 9 years. I always have a great experience, they are so kind with my cat and dogs. I've seen Dr Rose and Dr Ignacio many times, today we saw Dr Wilson and she was lovely. She offered good advice, was happy to take my budget into consideration, and was so gentle with my cat that she didn't even notice getting her shot. This vet is a little more expensive than others, but they are worth every penny. The vet assistants who run the front desk and provide care are also amazing and are always happy to provide you with an update on your pet for overnight stays.”
