I’ve had to ‘drop in’ a few times and have always been welcomed and my situation addressed. I appreciate my car being well maintained by the dealer winter and summer and that they follow up and understand everyone has a budget and they work within that to ensure your car is in tip top shape. If something is needed outside of your budget, they always make sure to call you, explain what’s needed and get approval before they go ahead.
