“Berm and his team have completed several projects for us. We first called on him to rebuild a rickety old exterior staircase to our home’s third floor. He took this on and completed it in record time while also making several suggestions and improvements to the home structure along the way. That was five years ago, and the stairs are still as good as new. We then brought him in to renovate a large landing space upstairs that was lacking purpose. Berm transformed the area into beautiful modern closets with interior lighting, an integrated work desk and shelves with a computer monitor built into the wall, custom storage hatches and a bespoke storage bench. He also repainted the entire space and attached bath with clay-based paints and installed new baseboards and lighting fixtures to finish the transformation from a little-used landing into a bright, cheerful multi-use room that we want to be in every day. Berm and the team at New Evolutions have earned our trust and remain our first choice for renovations, repairs and woodwork projects around our home.”

“Absolutely SPECTACULAR flowers with the most glorious scents!! Leis de Buds is my go-to florist for the most incredible arrangements at very reasonable prices. Great service too; I didn’t hear the doorbell and they texted to make sure I knew the flowers had been delivered. But what’s really unbelievable is the quality. The first photo (including the vase) was taken Friday morning. The second photo was taken Wednesday afternoon - and they still look (and smell) perfect! I know past arrangements have been similar. I will only order bouquets from Leis de Buds - highly recommended!”

“So good. Just so good. We’ve been here multiple times for the smoked brisket sandwich. First off, the fries it comes with must be battered or double fried or something because they’re perfectly crispy and paired with a homemade ketchup that’s the ideal balance of sweet and salty. Those alone are worth coming here for. But then you get to this heavenly sandwich. It reminds me of a very well executed pulled pork in the sense that the brisket is drenched in sweet, yet savoury bbq sauce and topped with a fresh, crunchy slaw. All served on a soft bun. Now I’m hungry again and probably need to order in another sandwich.”

Wow! I found them by walking by the previous night. I was approached when I’m checking their hours outside of the building. One of the technicians greeted me and answered my questions.
