“This is a great place to hang out on a sunny day. The water is so clean and clear, dont be afraid to wade in and cool off.”

Fundy's Cape Enrage

Address: 650 Cape Enrage Rd, Waterside, NB E4H 4Z4, Canada

Park

“Beautiful place but closed for the winter. The hilly roads to get here were a bit scary. If it was snowing or other bad weather I probably would have turned back. Nothing stopping you from walking around. There is a sound warning near the light house. I didn't bother going over the gate, didnt look very safe with the snow and ice. There was another family that ventured up. Becareful as there is nothing else around for awhile. The houses I passed and the one at the bottom of the hill I stopped to eat in front of were abandoned for the winter. The journey from here to Saint John through the park was a bit scary too. Definitely make sure you leave with enough day light left to get to the main highway”

Cape Enrage Nature Preserve

Address: 650 Cape Enrage Rd, Waterside, NB E4H 4Z4, Canada

“Such a beautiful area, the sheer force of the waves crashing on the beach combined with the imposing cliffs make for some stimulating views, walks and more. Parking was a little hard, with limited spots. The lighthouse was closed when we visited, and if you do decide to go all the way there be prepared for some traffic flow problems with people blocking the road.”

Fundy Rocks Motel

Campground Lodging Park Restaurant

“Great little motel with restaurant. I didn't like how there was no AC in the rooms. Had to buy a fan to bring back from shopping with us to help get through the very warm night. It helped but wasn't a great sleep because if it. An AC would of made the perfect stay”

Fundy Rocks Motel

Address: 3471 NB-114, Hopewell Cape, NB E4H 2G5, Canada

Campground Lodging Park Restaurant

“Just your typical cheap-ish motel. Stayed a night here and explored all day and the evening. Parking could have been better laid out (very tight spots,if you have a truck it'll be a very tight squeeze) The lady at front desk was very informative though, gave us all kinds of ideas of things to do. And the restaurant within the motel had pretty decent food. As a family vacation I will be renting one of the bigger rooms/cottage. We just stayed in a room but they have decent sized cottage like units; one was a big 2 berm unit, where others were split into 2( mom & dad vacation only sorta room??)”

Dobson Trail

Address: 633 Pine Glen Rd, Pine Glen, NB E1J 1S1, Canada

Park

“Excellent beginner to moderate trail. Some good views. Volunteers do a pretty decent job of marking the trail. Some areas have been logged, a fair bit of on road sections. Beginning hikers can enter and exit the trail at multiple locations for overnight hiking. This is a back country trail with limited amenities and cell reception where the upkeep and maintenance is performed by Volunteers. If you want garbage cans and sites with picnic tables and firewood, go hike in a provincial or national park.”
