The Poke Bowl AR

We had a fabulous experience at the new Poke Bowl cafe in Annapolis Royal. The service was fast & friendly and the food was fresh & delicious. We were a large group and all ordered something different. Six poke bowls in total. Each of our orders was custom made. A healthy and affordable version of fast food. We all loved it. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks 😋

What an amazing treat. The batter wasn’t overpowering so that you didn’t taste the fish. The fries were absolutely some of the best tasting I’ve had in a long while. The person who served me was friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there. I didn’t get a picture since I devoured it so quickly. Great portion, we actually shared it. However it was soooo good I wanted my own.

Delicious! I'm always worried about grease in fish and chips. I was assured bu Maureen, not with hers, and she was right. Rice flour is her secret. Perfect! Only stools to sit on, but (and I love the comraderie amongst shop owners take you take out a few doors down at the Annapolis Royal Brewery and eat there with a delicious local cider or beer.

Fish was great, batter is well flavored and fried to a good texture. Chips were a little on the soft side, oil could be hotter. Roughly $23 for a two piece fish and chips. Otherwise, great spot for fish and chips.
