“Recently we purchased 2 three piece sets of luggage from the Bentley store in Oshawa. The staff was very courteous and especially Shamela. We placed the order and she offered to have all six pieces delivered to our house which was very convenient for us. Unfortunately there was a mixup with two of the pieces and Canada Post could not deliver them even though the order was placed correctly and we had email confirmations showing all pieces were confirmed. This is where the unbelievable customer service came in! Shamela who is the store manager, jumped right in with a series of emails and phone calls and constant updates to us until it was resolved. Her level of customer service was beyond what I have seen in years. She was intent on making everything absolutely right and to get the situation corrected and today we received our other two pieces of luggage. What started as a mixup in shipment and delivery ended with us feeling forever loyal to this store. Thank you Shamela!!!”

“Was there today as they opened. I greated the staff since she never bothered to look up even though I was waiting to ask her if we could use the change room. She unlocked the door for us but seamed to be annoyed and inconvenient that we wanted to try something on. On my way out I thanked her and I thought wow she really looks like she hates her job! I work retail, I would never employ someone like her.”

“I usually love this store, products and prices are great. I recently placed an order online which contained sandals and a pair of winter boots which are for Christmas presents. BOTH PAIRS came unboxed and in a clear plastic bag, looked like I picked them up from a discount shop or something.... so please be aware that some of your shoes you order online may not come in boxes especially if they're for gifts! I did call customer service and they said I make a good point, but they can't do anything for me and the stores can't give me boxes but they will be sure to mention it to management 😒”
