“I have had my doctor for many a year. Dr. Zahavi has dealt with a great deal of issues with me, for me, and helping me sort out my own. I’m not sure how long he has been practising, but I have had him around for 23 years now. Grateful for the work he’s helped me do on myself, to help me stay healthy when I’m not feeling 100 percent. No doctor owes you pleasantries all of the time, neither do their staff, but I think they do a pretty darn good job considering. They’re in the medical business, everyone will have their days, as everyone should be permitted. Thank you also to the staff, at the front desk who have done my blood work and given me shots and whatever else they could help with when I’ve needed it and asked questions. Greatly appreciated.”

“I think it's a good idea if you have an electric car. You're not close enough to the door mind you which makes it difficult for a disabled person. And speaking of disabled people I think there should be more parking spaces for them. The mall is frequent it quite often by seniors and most often the seniors are disabled they have a big enough parking lot that they've expanded the mall they should have expanded the disability parking spaces both the underground parking spaces and the above ground near the doors at all entrances”

“I have lived here for a year now, and am happy being here:) This is definitely the one of the nicer apartment building in the area, but one of the more expensive. when I moved in the apartment it was clean, spacious, renovated and there was a welcome basket in my kitchen. The superintendent is very kind and welcoming. The building is a nice little community. They treated us to an icecream truck in the summer, and they decorate for the holidays! Key points: • The laundry room is a bit small, and you really can’t fit more than 2 to 3 people in there at a time due to how narrow it is.. but the washer and dryers are in good condition and work so it’s hard to complain in that regard :) •The fire alarm doesn’t go off a million times a month like some buildings, this past year it only went off once. • you require a fob or a buzz code to get in the first set of doors at the main entrance. Unlike the other buildings nearby where you can get in the first set of doors, but need a fob for the second set of doors (I feel more safe this way) • They are still doing some work on the building so it’s common that the water will be shut off for a day, or to find workers on the property. But I always keep in mind this is because they are improving the building. • It’s oshawa so you’ll often see some interesting characters outside, or see the police outside, BUT inside the building is always pretty quiet and calm. (Definitely more older people living here than younger people) •I haven’t had an issues with my kitchen appliances or anything in the apartment not working, everything seemed somewhat new and in good condition. • parking is a bit expensive especially visitors parking, BUT it’s like that everywhere so it’s hard to complain about that. (The Underground parking is a plus) • Some reviews say things about rats and mice.. but I have never seen a rat or mouse on the property (and i often do my laundry at night, and still haven’t seen anything) Overall if your thinking about living here I would definitely take the chance on 380gibb.”

“Recently we purchased 2 three piece sets of luggage from the Bentley store in Oshawa. The staff was very courteous and especially Shamela. We placed the order and she offered to have all six pieces delivered to our house which was very convenient for us. Unfortunately there was a mixup with two of the pieces and Canada Post could not deliver them even though the order was placed correctly and we had email confirmations showing all pieces were confirmed. This is where the unbelievable customer service came in! Shamela who is the store manager, jumped right in with a series of emails and phone calls and constant updates to us until it was resolved. Her level of customer service was beyond what I have seen in years. She was intent on making everything absolutely right and to get the situation corrected and today we received our other two pieces of luggage. What started as a mixup in shipment and delivery ended with us feeling forever loyal to this store. Thank you Shamela!!!”
