“Friendly staff. Good machines. Lighting in daytime is good-ish. Lighting at night time is real bad it makes me feel dizzy and I start yawning. Could be better. I might be low on iron though... Really though, the lights suck and they are facing the ceiling not downwards, why??????”

“Shawna is awesome. I have been attending pilates classes and using the reformer for quite a few years. I am sure that is the only reason that I am still walking around with all of my back and neck issues. Shawna is very patient with me and allowed me to work at my own speed and I am injury free today. I can't say enough about the other people at the clinic as I have been treated like solid gold. The best day for me is when I can book a back to back appointment...1st a reformer workout and then get a fabulous massage right after. I have tried other RMT's but Shawna is the very best!”

“This place has our hearts, it’s the rag-tag little family we need while living 1300 miles away from home. When my husband & I joined, we made a pact in the parking lot to use the facility as a gym. Strictly. No looking around and certainly no falling elbows deep into CrossFit culture. Fast forward almost 2 years and this place is one of our favourite spots. The folks are family- the kinda family you help move, go watch their kiddos at swim meets & plays, spend the holidays together, and do crazy things like sign up for races together. The owners are the most genuine people, besides being absolute professionals, they just seem to know the days when you need a hug and the days when you need a butt kick. The coaches keep us safe from our selves and push us. The workouts are truly accessible no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Lastly? The members? They are everything! It’s a little community in our community. We are so grateful to be part of the Firepower Family.”

To take what they offer on the other side and create a place for children to learn and grow and exercise all while having fun and being safe is spectacular. My 7 year old loves his classes there and my little guy cant wait til he turns 3 so he can join in on the fun! Coaches are friendly, welcoming and wonderful!
