“Saw the sign up at the mall for several months and have been waiting for it to open. Your typical Asian supermarket with lots of variety. Extensive variety in fruits which is nice if you want to try new things. Everything is neat and tidy and being new the premise is clean. They had good sale on meat, chicken legs and drumsticks for 88 cents/lb. There's a section with an amazing selection of beverages like bottled coffee, yogurt drinks and international sodas. Their prepared hot food looks good and the pastry area is well stocked. Just wished there was egg tarts. Not sure if it was opening special buy 6 and no tax. Pretty good. The cashier was very nice which was a welcome change as most Asian cashier are poorly trained and unfriendly except for the ones at T&T. It's nice to have another place to shop. Will definitely come back.”

“This is a medium sized grocery mart that has better prices than most Oriental Supermarkets in this area. there's Fresh Meat and Fish departments and there are staff who actually can speak English to answer your questions .there are plenty of overseas condiments here dried ,packets, spices, jarred condiments and freeze dried Frozen Seafood packages. a nice vegetable and fruit market I have rarely experienced any real long lineups at the store to cash out.”

“I have been buying boxed tofu in supermarkets in Canada. I stumbled upon this small tofu shop located in Foodcurt in Yuanming Supermarket. He sells on-site brine tofu. I bought it and simmered the cabbage. The taste was beautiful. It reminded me of the tofu I had when I was a kid. This is the taste of tofu. In addition, I bought his spiced dried bean curd, and the taste is also superb. Next time I will try other products of his family.”

All of the items advertised in this weeks flyer are on hand, cashier was very friendly, line at the cash moved very fast. ??? Even the parking lot with lots of free parking spots is spotless and newly paved. Wonderful job on keeping the store and the surrounding area clean and tidy!!! “First visit to this Freshco, never really on that side of Mississauga. Definitely was not disappointed. The first thing you notice is how well kept and tidy the store is. The lay out of the store is shopper friendly and the isle signage is clear as day. Outside of the freezer stuff being on both sides of the store things are pretty easy to find. Plenty of parking in the plaza, great customer service.”

“Had the appeal of a warehouse location that was opened to the public for business. The selection is average, the prices were moderate and above, and the meat counter was certainly the highlight of the store. Despite having a small footprint, the store seemed relatively empty on a Saturday afternoon but still had five butchers on staff. The meat was fresh in appearance, though not quite outstanding in value. We very much appreciated the store's directness in stating they don't sell Maple Lodge meat. We got everything we were looking for, including vegetables which clearly looked like they just got in from Pakistan. We also spoke to one of the floor staff to ask for nearby food recommendations who said after a long pause, "I actually just eat from home". Seemed like a decent grocery store for local residents.”

“Rushed into a Longos the other day looking for a slab cake. The lady at the bakery (Diana) told me that they only make those on order with 24 hours notice. They did have a large cake that was just perfect, however I was blown away by the service and attention to detail that Diana provided. She was thoughtful and put a couple of finishing touches on the cake that delighted everyone at our party. Thank you Diana for a job well done.”
