“Awesome resort near the site I was working at. The cabins were clean and well maintained. Our cabin had a screened in porch that was awesome. The view from the beach is stunning. Especially in the morning, where the resort really lives up to its name. I'd 100% stay here again!”

“I highly recommend a cabin at Pine View Resort. It’s about a 20 minute drive past Deep River. We just rented a cabin that had a queen, two doubles and a single. The kitchen had everything we need and had a quaint living room and patio. Also has a gas BBQ. You can borrow their kayaks, canoes and life jackets at no additional charge. They come and pick up your garbage and recycling (if you put it outside) daily. There’s horseshoes, basketball nets, tether ball, badminton nets, and many docks and little beaches. It was amazing for the price. It’s also pet friendly which is a must for us, so as long as you clean up after them. We will definitely be going back annually, without a doubt.”

“Rented a cabin there. Had a great weekend. Everyone there is so friendly. Kids had a blast. Karaoke night was their favourite part :) Loved the water trampoline. The water is great for swimming. I'll definitely go back.”

“The park is small so set your expectations accordingly. The comfort station is far off from Brumm Campground meaning you need to drive over and the parking there can accommodate only 4 SUVs at a time. We were at group campsite 202. This campsite is amazing. It's tucked away inside so lots of privacy. Has plenty of shade and excellent drainage. Almost zero slope except at entrance. There is a hidden path to the Creek Trail. The beach or day use area is cute and is an excellent spot for sunset. The arking there is again small holding upto 7 cars. There is access to Riverside trail from this point and you can even walk to the comfort station from here. The beach is at this location and does not have lot of sand. The view thigh is breathtaking as you can see Quebec from this side. Trails need lot of markings. They are sporadic and you can trust your instincts at few points. This park is secluded kind of so make sure you go fully packed. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The garbage area is before the parking office to your left as you enter the park. When go there make sure you get the garbage bags, and activity books for kids. Both are free to take. Comfort station is small but clean. The water ain't too hot for bath. Overall recommend this if you want some piece time and nature time. I wouldn't go there again as it's far but it's worth a visit once.”

“Beautiful seasonal campground on Round Lake. Mishewah has two beaches, several accommodation types (including motel suites), with excellent facilities. Family camp in July and overnight student camps throughout August. Mishewah is an absolute highlight for us each summer. Best camp environment out there!”

“Don’t listen to the people here giving poor reviews. Terry is a fabulous campsite owner, he takes pride in the grounds and is helpful and friendly to anyone that comes. I’ve been coming here for years, it’s really quite simple. Be respectful and courteous. If you aren’t able to do that then I imagine you’d find a problem anywhere. Beach is fabulous and the swimming is some of the best - sand for miles. See you soon Terry!”

“Golden Lake Park Campground is a very nice place to visit as a transient or stay as a seasonal camper. The owners set the tone and work very hard to provide a well maintained, safe and happy camping experience. Tents, travel trailers, fifth wheels and motor homes all have places here. The lake is beautiful, there is a small river to explore, trees, beaches and lots of happy campers. Within a few minutes to an hour away there are many small towns, a few small cities, caves, Algonquin Park and many other interesting places to visit.”

“My husband and I stayed for the weekend in the hillside geodesic dome and it was truly what dreams are made of. You will not be disappointed! The dome is very cozy and comfortable, it has a heater and a light as well as running water and a flushing toilet. The park is absolutely breathtaking and peaceful. Also less than ten minutes from the beautiful town deep river and all it has to offer. We kayaked down at the beach and it was perfect for us as beginners, calm and shallow. The views are spectacular. Seriously you have to go! The management and staff are so kind and accommodating. We will be back. Thank you Juan!! We appreciate everything you've done to make our stay so wonderful. You have no idea how much we needed it.”

“What an incredible time we had here. The campsite was lovely with full service hookups (30amp, water and sewer) There is a clubhouse with games, books and seating as well as an outdoor playground. A beautifully kept pool on site and access to the beach across the road. The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful during our entire stay. We had our 2 granddaughters with us and they said it was the best time of their lives! That says it all. We will definitely be back and make this an annual stay with the grandkids. Thanks for helping us make some great memories!!”

“What a blast. I have so many nice things to say about the hospitality, the scenery, and the fish! It was all great. My whole family that stayed caught lots of fish including big walleye, catfish, Nothern pike, and small mouth bass. The water was high and cloudy and some how we still caught fish. The help was great Martin made sure our boat worked every morning as well as getting us firewood. Martin was super nice and friendly and had a great positive presence. If we had any issues TJ was ready to help us at any hour. Tj also showed us fishing spots and help us choose lures. Breakfast was good not great wish there were eggs or a meat option. Cabins were nice nothing special but comfy beds and not cramped. The Beach was clean and amazing...I’ve never had such a view. I’ve been to Canada over a handful of times. So after spending a week there this place gets a 5 star it’s awesome fishing camp or hangout camp. Deep river is a cute little town to walk around if your bored of catching fish. Thanks for reading my review I hope this helps you pick a vacation spot!”

“What can I say? Wow!!!! This campground is the greatest. Such an amazing community that we loved coming home to this season. The friends we have made, the entertainment, the food and the overall sense of community has been the best. Bonnie and Denis love their campers and go out of their way to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. The grounds are impeccably kept and the staff are wonderful. “Very friendly, accommodating staff. Having spent a large part of my childhood on Lake Clear it was a great experience to return with my kids and watch them enjoy the same things I did. The cottage was cozy, not huge, but nicely updated, really you spend the time outside anyways. The campground is clean with nice walking trails. We had a pontoon boat for the week we stayed, no mechanical issues at all and the power was matched nicely for the size and the lake. It's a great spot to either sit and relax or use as a base for exploring the immediate countryside, which is fantastic.”

“Stayed at Longlake Campground September 2019 long weekend with friend there was a total of 7 of us. The place is beautiful and Ron is every nice and helpful. We came to Kaszuby to enjoy a weekend of riding our ATV and dirt bikes. Ron had no problems with our bikes because we were respectful and walked them out to the trails. Our picnic bench ended up braking (our fault) and Ron came to fix it in the hour. Showers and bathrooms were also provided. The cost of the stay was very fair and could not complain. I would 100% come back this coming season and hopefully many more after.”

“What can I say....this was definitely a trip to remember for the family! The kids had the time of their lives! We spent the week there with our RV and got to have so much fun each and everyday. The water slides are great to go on but I will be honest, it's best to experience them during the week as it gets quite busy on the weekends. For example, the wait time for the slides during the weekday was no more than 1-3 minutes whereas the weekend, it would take a good 20 minutes in line. Zip lining was also an amazing experience! And their sandy beach is a really nice size with a great dock to dive off of along with paddle boats, a water trampoline and canoes. The splash pad had a lot of different things shooting out water and the food at the canteen was also really good! The water passes also include access to their mini putt which the kids also enjoyed playing. The whole park is really clean and well maintained, including the washrooms. The lot we rented was quite large (lot 177). We had our rv parked, 2 cars, a 12x12screened tent and still lots of room to enjoy the fire. There were lots of great families that we met there, everyone is super friendly! The kids are already asking when we will be going back again. 😀 we will be sure to return to this place!”

“Nice park to get away from the city. If you visit there is a daily fee, which seems unwarranted considering everyone there pays lot fees. Becoming crowded over time and on the verge of becoming a small town, but could be seen as a positive depending. Other than that the lot sizes are quite spacious and allows for some privacy.”
