“Great service - I went in to buy a gift for my wife on Jan 18th, 2022 and the sales associate (sadly didn’t get her name, but 5’7” ish, dark curly hair, glasses) was an absolute rock star. She was about the same size as my wife and volunteered to try on a top to show me the fit. Super friendly and helpful, strongly recommend.”

“Absolutely amazing for horror lovers!! Super inclusive with a focus on local authors and members of the lgbtq+ community! Very very welcoming. I purchased 3 books and the person at the counter recommended some books to me and were very helpful. What a lovely place to stroll across on a Friday afternoon!! Lots of tasty coffee, drinks, trinkets, Cafe spot and interesting older books in the back too. 10/10 love it, will be telling all my friends.”

“So glad that the Cafe is now open consistently from 8am to 8pm. Therese from #@Bakery Lane provides the sandwiches, bread and most of the desserts. Velovegan also have their vegan meat sandwiches there. Great vibe, great staff and is an exciting place to hang out as cafe is attached to the redwood theatre and circus school so some of the most interesting people visit there. The coffee is good, food great, service awesome and bonus free WiFi. Always something happening there. Definitely the place to visit while in the Gerrard-Greenwood Area. Also The Leslieville Winter Farmers Market will be there on Sunday’s starting November 11 2018”

“Bright basement cafe with relaxing decor and a beach feel. Seating has enough for 15 people. Looks like the menu has an extensive list of fruit and vegetables including fruits bowls, smoothies, cold pressed juice and lunch mains with choices of "beyond meat" protein. Staff are friendly and was able to answer questions about the menu. Coffee is from Balzac's in Toronto. I had the "Kalein It" smoothie which states it has Kale but didn't taste it. It was a good balance of banana, almond butter and the dates. Will eventually try the other smoothies on another run out. Only criticism is I prefer impossible meat and want that option. Really would rate it a 4.5 stars if I could give it. Also sells some plant based cutlery and sustainable materials such as palm straws, brass and coconut spoons, and coconut bowls. Overall: Bright cafe and nice place for a smoothie or vegan lunch on the east end.”

“The coffee here is good, and the food is amazing. The owner just introduced us to his new creation of egg and cheese danish. Another hit for their already impressive lineup of pastries. This is our Saturday morning breakfast stop.”

“Great service, lovely ambiance and excellent coffee. Too bad that by the time I got there food options were limited. It would be nice if you can add some vegetarian sandwich options. The cappuccino made my day!”

“Update, Mar,2022: The price went up but so as everything else with the pandemic and war, but you get what you pay for. As long as maintaining the qualities, it's worth it. Feb,2022: Excellent products & friendly courtesy service. My first time there was in the morning around 11am. The lady in the cafe was busy setting up the counter to get ready for the business. Since it was my first visit, I wasn't familiar with the products. She was busy getting ready, but she didn't mind & very patiently explained to me the products I was interested in. I was very impressed with her courtesy & friendly assistance offer to me. We all know first-time impressions are most important when it comes to business. After I paid for my purchase of cake and pastries, I decided to come back later to buy some more ice creams because all the ice creams look absolutely yummy & delicious...lol. I told her I'll be back later in the afternoon to check out the ice creams. she was very pleased & said I'm welcome anytime. So I returned in the afternoon and checked out the ice creams. A gentleman was working behind the counter. He was just like the lady in the morning; he was providing service with patience, friendly & courtesy. He answered all my questions & even suggested an ice cream for me & it was awesome after I tasted it later. I like to know the kinds of ice creams I bought. I asked him if possible he could write down the names of the ice creams I picked, he said no problem at all & he'll comply. I told him I was in the store in the morning & a nice lady assisted me. He said that is his wife. I was very impressed that such a fine couple are running the store together. He even wrote down the names of the cake & pastries I bought in the morning for me on a piece of paper because I'm not familiar with the products. I absolutely love the store because not only are it's minutes away from my condo, the store offers delicious & awesome products which I have been looking for a long time. I'll never imagine it's only minutes away. I returned later on to pick up my ice creams because I'd to do some errands in the neighborhood. A different young lady assisted me; she was also very friendly, polite & courtesy. This store is a gem in the neighborhood with the most awesome staff providing excellent products & services. I'm definitely return to try some of the other products & I'll let all my friends know about this awesome CAFE. To all desserts & ice cream lovers, this CAFE is "THE PLACE" to be.”

“Cute Persian cafe :) I came here for brunch and the person I was with loved their eggs and bacon dutch baby, I had the salmon and cream cheese dutch baby, and there was very little cream cheese. Only enough to cover about one quarter of the dutch baby pancake. Next time I will surely ask for a larger portion as I wasn't sure what to do with that tiny amount! The saffron coffee and the cardamom coffee are great! Front outdoor seating and back outdoor seating look super cute. Will definitely be back!”
