“The service was excellent but I personally think the main dish was just fine and I expected something better. The appetizers was amazing, I always order chips and cheese at Mexican restaurants and this one is the best i had so far. I think this place would be much more amazing for lunch than dinner.”

“Always fully booked. We did walk in and we luckily got in! Nothing much on the menu, but definitely a great place to chill plus they have an amazing view.”

“Haven’t actually tried the pizza yet, only the coffee. There’s no location on Google Maps for the coffee place inside here. It’s merged with the pizza place. Anyhow, the atmosphere of the place is amazing. Relaxing and super chill. The staff are also super friendly, Chances are, if you’re a regular, they’ll remember you, and what you order! The coffee is miles ahead of any big chain coffee shop. Tim Hortons, Starbucks, etc. They have a nice selection of coffee that is super well made, strong, and very photogenic. The pastries are also to die for, my favourite being the recent addition of an apple danish, which is completely different from any danish I’ve tasted before. Go here, skip Starbucks, skip Tim’s. Sure, it’s a little more expensive (probably on par with Starbucks), but worth it all the way. You can also take everything to go!”

“Excellent breakfast place. I come here every week like clockwork with my partner. We love the friendly and attentive staff along with generous portions of delicious food. It always hits the spot. Recently bought gift certificates and gave them to family who visit the neighbourhood. I highly recommend the coffee and good food.”

“First time here and the smell of the coffee and the sweet things being baked was fantastic. Was interesting to learn that this was a shark tank winner on the TV show. We picked up a old school cinnamon bun and a s'mores campfire cinnamon bun. You are allowed to watch as they bring the buns out of the oven and decorate them. Everything is fresh. They also make cakes! If you love cinnamon buns this is definitely a place to try if you haven't.”

“Had the first student combo with the poutine. Service was fast and was surprisingly cheap for a decent portion size. Ingredients tasted fresh. They use thin wraps for the shawarma sandwich, which personally I’m not a fan of, but ymmv”

“Such a great spot with the cutest hidden patio in the back. Chad (one of the owners) was serving us and was so attentive and personable. He recommended the cauliflower bites, which were SO good. I usually find that cauliflower bites tend to be pretty small. But these were so plump and crispy, which came with a sweet but not too sweet Korean glaze. It was also on top of a creamy sauce of some sort to balance out any of the sweetness. I also got three tacos: grilled halibut, fried calamari and the fried shrimp. They were all cooked perfectly, however the calamari one was definitely my favourite. I do wish the tacos could have a bit of variation in the toppings, but that would be my only note! My friend got the lamb burger and sweet potato fries. I didn’t try her burger but she ate it all so I can only assume it was yummy. I definitely snuck a few of her fries and they were fried perfectly. They also have some local beers on tap which is fun! Next time I will definitely have to try their fish and chips. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area who wants great food with just as great customer service. *they also have great gluten free options as well*”

“Pandoughra's Box is one of the secret gems of Toronto. The company is run by two sisters...so you know the business has core values of fun and creativity in what they do. If you're looking for a sweet treat to satisfy that craving, this creative duo is well worth the trip to experience their diverse selection of sweets. Ice cream, stuffed cookies, cookie dough, cupcakes, desserts in a jar, you name it! Check them out. Bring a friend! Can't make it to the store? No worries! They deliver in the GTA area!”

“Have been a repeat customer at Auntie's Supply, and I always have a great experience! The whole team is super kind and helpful. When I go into the shop, I get to find snacks that were either part of my childhood, or new discoveries that you can't find at typical big box stores (a few products are even by local vendors)! Space is very bright and well organized. Keep up the great work!”

“Absolutely amazing experience! I ordered Chicken on the salad and on the rocks. Both dishes were perfect! I would highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The customer service is wonderful. The quality of the food is fresh and tasty! If you like Mediterranean cuisine you MUST go here. I can't wait to go back for more ;)”

“Generous portion, very fresh ingredients, delicious. Fast service. My only complaint is that the salad was so big that the dressing was not enough (though I do love dressing more than the average person). I will ask for more next time. Took advantage of a special deal that was posted in store - very good price!”

“Queen Street eateries are many and varied but A&W (my initials) is my fast food breakfast spot. The young lady working the place solo was exceptional. Bacon and egger breakfast combo for me and the All Canadian breakfast for Sister Prime. Great coffee. The brief wait (again, the young lady was solo) was not an issue. Pleasant breakfast by the window for people and dog watching. I've taken lunch out of here too as one can never go wrong with A&W's grass fed beef. Would always recommend.”

“The store is small but is filled with the things you want/expect from a convenience store. Ever since 7-11 left, the area has been in sorry need of a convenience store. The clerk was quick and courteous to me. Go in and give a look around. Try out their frosters.”

“Great cozy spot located on Queen Street (close to Logan). Went for a family brunch and the menu did not disappoint. Imagine a fusion of Italian cuisine along with a breakfast touch. We had a variety of dishes from the Breakfast Pie to Classic Eggs Benedict. If you and yours are in the area, brunch is available u til 3pm in Sundays.”

“Highly Recommend. I always come to Hooked on Queen when I need seafood for a recipe. It's always fresh and is ethically sourced which is great. The staff is super friendly and have thoughtful recommendations. I did a big order for a birthday dinner - pick up was smooth and my guests loved every bite!”

“I really love this tea. I only drink tea and there is a very unique taste to this tea. Another post mentioned it tastes like biscuits, and I think it is true. It has a warm and a very smooth flavour, and pairs really well with muffins or cake. The packaging has a really nice feel to it and is clearly a higher quality product. Highly recommend especially if you want to try a different type of tea.”
