“Fun place to explore! Also a great spot to sit and reflect while listening to the birds and the creek..... Some parts in disrepair - crumpled bridge rail (from fallen tree?). Can be muddy. Watch your steps, as always. All part of the charm.”

Address: 550 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON M4W 3X8, Canada
“This is a hidden gem in Toronto. I love the vibe of the park + social meet up place at Evergreen Brick Works. The old building has been maintained so well it's a treat just walking around it and appreciating the brick design, a lot of greenery, and random landmarks that feel little out of place and yet are perfect for this place. I recommend going on a weekday afternoon to enjoy the trail when there aren't a lot of people.”

Address: 875 Dufferin St, Toronto, ON M6H 3K8, Canada
“Dufferin Grove is a big urban park with great trees, an extra large playground and lots to do. The skating rink is well kept, it has numerous benches, a nice fire pit, small hills for sliding, a little of everything. This time we checked out the brightly decorated Cob structure and sand play area that are tucked in a corner. A unique part of a lovely park!”

“Not too bad of a dog park! I like that it is located in Corktown Park, which is an absolutely beautiful park. Nothing too elaborate, but does the trick!”
Address: 155 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON M5A 0G4, Canada
“This is a beautiful park in downtown Toronto. We visited Corktown to see the street art and walked to this park on the way home. It is a peaceful spot where they have planted many native shrubs and plants. There are places where the city completely disappears and you seem to be in the wilderness. There are playgrounds and even a water feature that children would love in the hot weather. A great place to visit if you want to escape for a while in Toronto.”

Address: 1200 Lansdowne Ave, Toronto, ON M6H 3Z8, Canada
“Wonderful for swimming all yr round at the indoor pool. Outside is great also but not for the little ones (-4 yrs old). There are family washrooms which are great so both parents are able to help the kids. There is the hockey rink in the winder and soccer in the summer. Further into the back of the rink way in the back is a playground with a huge sandbox which contains a water pipe to help with the sculptures. The also have summer camp options upper staff are great but some of the other younger staff in my daughters class were not so responsible( on theirs phones and pick no one paid attention) but my younger son’s class (4yrs old) staff was amazing and excellent. Could not ask for a better set of young adults to leave my child with).”
