I have even brought in a plant I didn't purchase from there to get a diagnosis on what had happened to it, and they didn't even bat an eye to explain what went wrong and proceeded to help me through it. You do pay a little bit of a premium on their plants, but that's because of the expertise they contribute to ensure it'll be a long time addition to your household.
