“I reserved cabin 2 about five months in advance and had confirmation of cabin 2 from this establishment. Upon arrival I was told my group is in cabin 7. How odd, but they are all the same apparently. Upon getting to cabin 7 there is obviously someone already using it. Going back to the office they are confused but finally determine the person(s) in 7 should be in 6 but then give me cabin 6. OK, I guess. We are five people but the cabin only has towels for two. A cellphone call to the office gets us the additional towels brought up to the cabin. The phone in the cabin does not work so I could not call their office using it. The WiFi in the cabin does not work. We could not connect at all. The young lady that brought us our towels could not figure it out. So now working phone or WiFi. It is disappointing to not have everything working properly when you check in to an accommodation. In addition to all that the pool was not functioning properly due to a broken pool liner and could not be used but we were told the kiddie pool was open. We had told my grandson we were taking him for a swim so that could work out. Wrong! Even kiddie pool closed by 4:30pm, this was quite disappointing. The rest of the cabin was good, clean, and pretty well equipped. Unfortunately I cannot give more than a three rating for these cabins and this place. If I had booked more than one night for a family vacation my disappointment would have been immense.”

“Great campground! Clean washrooms and showers. The staff work really hard to keep the place sparkling clean. Lovely sites for our tent-trailer. Many activities to do with kids (swim, splash pad, basketball, croquet (all included with camping)and mini-putt (extra cost). Close to the ferry and easy access to groceries. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“A place to visit really. Jacques Cartier wasn't the first to navigate in those waters in 1534. Get the explanation there. Probably one of the most meaningful place to understand the discovery of North America by the Europeans after L'Anse aux Meadows, NF. Also you can stay there for a night in the rental chalets they have. On reservation for visits and rental.”

They have a little train to give rides to the kids. Big spots for big rigs with 50 amps water sewer internet. There's a pool. Theres a canteen. Ground is very well maintained and beautifully designed. Well placed on our way to New Brunswick with gaz station and all amenities nearby.”

“My wife and I camped on one of the mountainside platform campsites. Absolutely amazing views. Very helpful staff and great amenities. It's a little work getting your gear up the trail to the sites but totally worth it. Highly recommend staying here if you like a rustic experience with dramatic views.”

“We spent two nights here. The campground is clean and very well maintained. The laundry room is big and very clean. The washrooms and showers appeared clean but I used the facilities in my trailer. There are a lot of seasonal campers but they have a few spots for overnight or short stays. There is a clean playground and heated swimming pool on the premises too. A very good value for the money as it is close to everything. Management, unfortunately, speaks limited English but we got by with my broken French. A Christmas castle is directly across the street and their boutique is filled with beautiful Christmas items.”
