“I ordered a 1/3 pound cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate milkshake through skip the dishes for pickup. I left my house right after ordering, drove 9 mins to fat burger and my order was ready to go. Everything I ordered was in the bags. Quick, friendly service. The burger was great bit only had one slice of the end of a tomato. I added extra ketchup because I like extra sauce. The milkshake was delicious. The fries were fine but nothing special. Total cost was $22.”

She remembers all her regulars. You can tell because everyone loves to talk to her. From a business perspective she promotes coffees, coupons and promotional items. She told me once she had to stop promoting because she sold the store out of stock on a new promo item. You can thank her for these sales because all her customers know her, trust her and listen to her. I have never had such great service from a fast food joint.”

“This is great Northern Chinese Noodles. The food taste the same when my Siblings went to Beijing, China to learn how to cook noodles. The taste exactly the same and it was very good. The noodles I ordered (thick and wavy) is satisfying, you would think it is not enough but it is and filling. The one thing that threw me off was the pancake (omelet) as the menu described it kinda like a pancake with match sticks vegetables. I thought it was something like green onion cake with stir fried vegetables. Anyways, that dish is not bad and has good amount of cumin. Next time I will order the dumplings with or without soup. I will come back again! Great noodles.”

“Great pizza with the best cheese-to-crust ratio in the city. Also the crust is always cooked through but never dry, and the cheese is always perfectly browned and melted. Generous with the ingredients and never drenched in sauce. And their red sauce actually tastes good and makes the pie better. There are 'fancier' boutique pizza places locally, but I find myself ordering time and again because Cosmic is deeply satisfying. We also like their donairs too and will occasionally opt for them. But go with the regular unless you're Kobayashi; the large is enormous.”

“I'm torn on how to review Diner Fifty. The food is surprisingly good. I don't know what spice/seasoning they put on the hash browns, but they are some of the best I've ever had. In addition, the prices are amazing when you factor in how much food you get. Where it loses marks however, is in the professionalism. The place seems to be run by a family with the dad doing the cooking while the mom and daughter take care of the front. While the dad can cook up some good food, he's in no way fast. In addition, the mom and daughter seem to have no idea what to do as servers. When I visited there was a grand total of 4 people in the place, but I stood at the door for 5min with no acknowledgement and then sat myself and waited 15min for a menu. My breakfast order came out on two separate plates 10min apart (pancakes came out late), no one checked on me after receiving my food, and I never received a coffee refill. The only multi person table had the same issue, with 2 people receiving 4 different plates across 30min (the last plate was refused as the dining companion had already finished). The mom alternated between giving the daughter orders and counting the money from the till, so she didn't really contribute anything. I feel like this family has zero restaurant experience and should seek out some sort of training as the food was good and they seem like a really lovely family. I'm hoping with time and experience they improve, but I'm worried they'll burn the bridge with a lot of customers before that.”
