“When we take our vehicles for service at Northtown they arrange our loaner car through this Hertz location. We had a couple of not so pleasant experiences with a previous employee there. We were happy to learn that employee is no longer at the Niagara Falls Blvd Hertz . Our 1st experience with Mohammad-( a new employee to this location) was wonderful. He was very nice, extremely accommodating & an ALL AROUND GOOD GUY!. We've dealt with Muhammad several times now through Northtown and Auto Collision & Glass. Each time he has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we have a great experience. He is a real assest to Hertz and a complete pleasure to deal with. What a difference he has made in our opinion of this Hertz location . We would recommend the Hertz on Niagara Falls Blvd in Amherst to anyone - because of Mohammad Rizek. He is the true meaning of excellent customer service!”

“The service was good but the office needs to be cleaned and so does the rentals. I understand that they were shot staffed, but the rentals maybe could have been cleaned the night before. The office needs a coat of paint and the floors are in need of a good vacuuming and or cleaning and that nice big window needs a good cleaning also. I had to clean the rental car out myself and I cleaned it once more before bringing it back. But the staff was friendly and polite.”
