“The hotel is very upscale. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. It was cod outside so I did not use the small balcony. The controls for the rain shower were a bit difficult to figure out, but I got it quickly. I did not try the restaurant, Chops, but will next time.”

“Got a room with 2 queen beds for Canada Day weekend for a good price. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough. The bathroom was small with little room to put your toiletries and the fan wasn't working so the room would steam up very quickly. The fridge worked, more on the cold side since our fruit froze, but better than too warm. The continental breakfast had a waffle maker, 1 type of muffin, 1 type of gluten free muffin, hard boiled eggs, apples, and different breads and cereals. The food was not as good as the other Days Inn I've been to in Ottawa, but the room was less expensive too.”

“The food here was absolutely incredible! We hosted a party for 40 people, Abu Mutaz suggested the perfect amount of food we would need and indeed it was fulling and more than enough! The charcoal chicken was to die for, the rice made to perfection and the house made hot sauce was the perfect addition to completing the meal! We went with a buffet style dinner and even the presentation of the food was beyond expectation! Generous amount of food for an amazing price as well, I would highly recommend this place for catering:) Thank you so much for making the food at our event very memorable!”

“Great location. Would be really nice in spring/summer. Room was like a meat locker when we arrived. Took a couple hours with the heat on steady to get to a comfortable temp. A little attention to detail would eliminate the cob webs. Drains in the sink and tub had issues. Needed to coax the sink and tub was just slow. Clogged drains seem to be a problem in a lot of hotels. Comfy bed and dispite the poor sound insulation had a great sleep.”
